Right, I think we have a thread for the decade but not for this year (unless I'm mistaken)

So...

Album of the year.....?

Track of the year.....?

Personally I would go for Katatonia's 'Night Is The New Day' as the album of the year. It really is a superb album.

Song of the year would be 'Mykonos' by Fleet Foxes

I suppose the best of 2009 has taken a backseat to thoughts of best of the decade.

I'll give 'The Wrestler' a shout for film of the year.
