Best Blu-Ray Titles

I'm new to this Blu-Ray business and have noticed when looking at possible purchases on Play that a lot of releases have issues with the quality not being a great deal different to the original, and with some others they are miles better.

Are there any titles that stand out that I should look to be getting my hands on? Play are doing a two for £18 at the minute and i'd spied Gladiator and Willy Wonka but was a bit put off Gladiator by some of the comments about the transfer.

So come on, advise please from those in the know!

there's a link somewhere about top blu rays in terms of picture quality, as to the film itself that's obviously individual taste. 2 secs...

I've got a new job and can't access the internet at work, in the past 95% of my posting was done at work so this new job has limited my caf access, sadly.

I'm trying to get on more at night time lately, but have had a few family issues to deal with and i've not long sonce bought a new tv and PS3 so i'm tied up with them too.

I do miss this place though! it's much more than just an internet forum!

havent seen it yet, but i am eagerly anticipating getting round to watching 300 on Blu Ray when i get enough time to do so.
