Accordig to BBC Sport Real Madrid have made David Beckham their top target for the summer and are ready to table a 40 mil pound bid in the summer. If we get that price I think we should let him go. Replace him with Ronaldinho and Shevchenko. No doubt Becks is the best crosser in world football and free kick expert but his game has become a bit too predictable. And if we get 2 world class players in his place then we should let him go. I think Ronaldinho is a definite future world footballer of the year contender. And if we offer Milan a decent amount for Shevchenko than they might have to let him go.

No, should never sell Becks for 40m, if Real are prepared to go to 60m, then, maybe we should consider selling him.

We're talking about the most famous footballer ever on the planet and his commercial value to a club like Real alone is worth upwards of 30m.

If we did sell him, IMO we should sign Jaoquin to replace him and buy Shevchenko to partner Ruud.

Surely Real won't be signing Jaoquin as well if they get Becks, and he is one of the most exciting young players in the world (along with Van Der Vaart).

The press, reckons its the other way round in the sense that if we beat Real Madrid and go on to lift the cup, he will be more inclined to leave as he will feel that he has accomplished all he can at United!

Doesn't matter anyway, the story is complete rubbish, these foreign clubs will use any unscrupulous tactic to unsettle a team before a big match! We don't need Reals mony, we are the richest club in the world by double those feckers turnover, so Valdano, Perez can go do one for all I care!

I wouldn't sell him for any price unless there was a player who could adequately replace him. Unfortunately for that, there's only one David Beckham.

I think Fletcher will be ahead of you in the pecking order ;)

Whose going to do the magic? :(

He shouldn't leave Man Utd. Let's face the truth, Real is trying to tear all good team down, by buying the good players. We don't need money anyway !?!

Hope he doesn't go but I wouldn't be overly suprised if Real Madrid we're able to tempt him away from us. I think Real are the only team in the world able to prize him away from us.

The Real deal could well be on, £40 million or cash+ one or two players is tempting. I would sooner DB stayed but if he does go it could herald the breath of fresh air that the team needs, lets face it we do need new blood and the cash on offer could do a lot of damage.

$40M + the whole Real Madrid team = Beckham
is that simple
stop dreaming
