Juan Veron has once again denied reports that he will rejoin Lazio at the end of the season.
The Argentinian midfielder, who joined the Reds for a record £28.1 million, has reiterated his intention to see out his United contract and denied reports of a swift return to Serie A.
"When I signed for the club it was on a four-year contract and when I thought about coming to England, I never for a minute thought it would be anything less than that," he told MUTV.
"I don't want to travel all the way here and just come for one season. What was said in the press is quite simply a lie.
"I am absolutely happy here, very happy and I don't intend to return to Lazio. It is rubbish that I am out of sorts here or unhappy, that is not the case.
"I certainly intend to wear the red shirt of Manchester United for a number of years to come."
Right, can we stop talking about this now?

Unless of course Alex wants to sell him... But realistically, SAF will give him a longer chance than one year, Cole didn't settle in immediately. But he better produce the goods the next season! I just hope he does, or that we get the money we spent on him recouped.
