Not much since Mirrored. Still living on the hype playing at concerts around the world. Hopefully they will go back to studio soon but from what I've read there is no news on a new album.
 
I think they had an ep out but im not completely sure about that. But they've been playing loads of festivals. Doesn't help that Helmet got back together and have been touring, means John Stanier the drummer is in about 4 bands and hes a very big part of what Battles do.
 
Well yeah but the ep was basically the Tonto single in a bit more generous package with a dvd and something. Hardly any new material iirc.
He isn't on the drums with the Helmet anymore. I think Hamilton is the only original member left.
 
I didn't know that, just remember hearing there was an ep. Hes not with Helmet either? Madness. I lost interest in them a while back, heard they got back together and i just assumed he was part of it. Even then hes still playing for Tomahawk (who are shit), Battles and some other band. Cant remember the name now. If ye haven' noticed ive a dreadful memory. Haha
 
hehe, I had to look up the names on wikipedia just to be sure myself ;)

But yes he's with Tomahawk (and this other band I can't remember the name for either as I don't know it and can't bother looking it up at the moment) and as much as I respect Mike Patton I can't listen to his music nowadays.
