i thought the back 4 did well i know parma wernt up to much but o'shea looked good along side rio and wes brown looked like the player we all knew he was at r.b

Not true, he had plenty of games last season at CB where he was outstanding.

True, he was excellent towards the end of the season vs Chelsea, Ipswich and Arsenal

Parma didn't really test our kids, but on the ball they all looked first class. It is a huge advantage for a team with our style of play to be able to bring the ball out of defence like that, rather than hoofing it up and hoping that someone will get on the end of it. Hopefully Silvestre will be told to cut down on the long balls.</strong><hr></blockquote>
