We travelled down to london once in a Transit van...

Three in the front...eight in the back on two mattresses.

The best way to do it in my opinion as you can get pissed and sleep all the way home.

Im usually found on a coach travelling up from my little corner of the world to away games

I travelled to Manc every other week only went by train though

1st class n'all, only an extra quid in my day

You could drink on the wah home while the manx were sleeping 8 in a bed

;)

In the 70's by coach, fan-fekintastic. 80's/90's transit or car as you could stop at the pubs en-route. 90's for me well plane is the only option Friday direct to Manchester 10mins to my old mans, return Sunday 12.30pm omly two days off work....!!! Dream on matey...!

We also did Wembley in two hours twenty once.

Even stopped off to rob a couple of bottles of wine.

Five of us crushed up in some little sports car...

"Out the feckin' way!"

Yeah we once did the Arsenal 84 I think, in 2hours 30mins. Left at 12.00pm six of us in my mates Escort (his mom's that's why we were so late) We took the parcel shelf off and stuck a lad called Mick in the boot, no sorry there was seven of us two in the boot (hatchback Escort).

Bloody marvellous day that was, we got beat if I remember right and the Arse fans (At the clock end) got on the pitch and tried to have a go at the United end. The trip home was hillarious and took ten hours...!
