Attending reserves matches

Whats the deal with going to see the reserves play?

They play at Altrinchams ground don't they? How much is it? Do you pay on the gate or what?

Quite fancy going down one time, see them first hand.

As Boothy's said, ST holders and I think One United members too get in for free. Otherwise, I'm not 100% sure but it's around £4 to get in I think.
 
All ST get in for free by showing their membership cards.

All United members and non-members have to pay £5 at the turnstile.

All games played at Altrincham's Moss Lane ground.

Lot's of parking on the streets around the ground.

Teamsheets (one per person) handed out at the gate.
 
Is it possible to get a train to near the ground from central Manchester?
 
Yep, trains run from Piccadilly to Altrincham. Better to get the tram though, don't think the trains are regular. The tram stop and train station in Altrincham are integrated.

Sorry for late reply, thanks for the info mate!
 
Trains run every hour from piccadilly to alty, i think setting off at about 25 past the hour and arriving at 10 to. The met is easier but is twice the price and takes about 10 minutes longer. I'd say it's a 5-10 minute walk down moss lane from the tram to the ground
 
Thanks for your help, the prices seem pretty reasonable. I might try and head down and catch a few matches.
