Just got Fergies email about the Birmingham game.

" As we get to the New Year, I want to thank you fans for your support, as the volume at Old Trafford has been turned up this season. We're getting fantastic support in all the games. We want to do well for you, as you've always stuck by me and the team, and we want to repay you " is what Fergie says at the End.
I have noticed this aswell the atmospehere does seem a lot better is this because all the Glory hunters have pissed off due to us not winning nothing last year. But thanks and well done to the fans at Old Trafford for getting it going again.Nothing better than hearin the "My Old Man" chant on a live match.

The atmosphere was fantastic. Didn't think we were nearly as loud against Birmingham City. But the Arsenal match was special.

The support for Diego is fantastic, comes thru on TV. He must feel ten feet tall and want to die at OT when that starts.

ANY atmosphere at OT is fantastic with me, even when the place is empty it exudes tradition. Always gives me goose bumps when I go there and always will.

As I have gotten older the sentiments run deeper and the goose bumps are joined with misty eyes.

I'm as big a united fan as the next person, but i'm sure i'm can't be the only person who remembers when the Stretford End was standing and no matter what anyone says the atmosphere at Old Trafford is not as good as it was 10+ years ago.
When everyone is singing it's great but the rest of the time!!!!

:D :D
i live in hongkong
but i m preparing to take a trip to OT this may
....... of course, for the CL final, manutd vs xxxx

:D :D

come on, let my dream comes true!

I'm planning to come over too.
I went to Arse-PSV, but those Arsenal-supporters were terribly quiet during the whole match. We even shouted Ajax-publiek at them. And that's BAD!

But I don't know how I can buy tickets for a match????

The best and cheapest way is to become a member. Go to manutd.com, then Shop@MU, then Club Membership and all the details are listed there.

I saw a woman at Old Trafford once wearing a PSV shirt with Ruud's number and name on it. Are you going to be wearing one too? :)

I don't have a real matchshirt with Ruuds name. Only with number 8, but then with Vennegoor of Hesselink on it :)
And I've got one with 6 van Bommel and 29 Hofland.
But I've got a Ruud van Nistelrooy shawl. I brought it to Arsenal-PSV and they loved it
But I'll wear a 'Return of 008'-shirt under the PSVshirt, okay?
And I'll bring some Smiths Paprika Chips for Ruud

It was a bit quiet yesterday vs Sunderland. Until the last 10 minutes or so, then the Stretford End was trying to roar the ball into the net. And if there was a roof, it would've come off when Scholesy scored.
