Hello fellow Cafites,

Would you be so kind as to explain me the similarities and differences between Gasperini's system at Atalanta and Amorim's projected 3-4-3 at United ?

They look rather similar on paper, which makes me think we will witness regular goal galores at Old Trafford, but I could be wrong.

Gasperini is the closest thing to Bielsa, tactically. Man-to-man all over the pitch, near constant aggression on the ball, systematic use of overloads on the flanks, wingbacks attacking the far post, extreme fitness levels required to sustain an exhausting playing style

Don't know enough about Amorim. Both playing 3-4-3 means nothing, it's just indicative of either a basic structure, or basic roles/players types on the pitch.
