Let me say well done to West Ham! Should have won it but stopped arsenals winning run! Would have been nice to see a west ham win, to shut up wenger about not losing a game this season!

I think the post is fair enough, Arsenal being our major contenders for the title its good to keep tabs on them.

West Ham really had Arsenal on the rack for about60 minutes or so and could have won by at least 4 goals. Hopefully aresenal will continue with that kind of form for the rest of the season. Yes well done west ham.

Arse r so lucky, west hsm should have won <img src="graemlins/devil.gif" border="0" alt="[Devil]" />

In all honesty if we play like we did in the second half against Chelsea it will be the Arsenal fans worrying about what we're doing and not us worrying about Arsenal.
But it was nice to see a team really get after Wengers over paid muppets. Maybe other teams in the league will realise that Arsenal are vunerable, not just playing in the hope that they have an off day and they maybe able to get something from the game. I know this is a simplistic view of the situation but hey lets be positive.

It's strange to see Arsenal starting to look more and more similar to us: Their attack is awesome but their defence can be a big weakness of them.

Arsenal would have to look at that performance as a real dissapointment, if not for a great individual goal by Henry they may well have lost the game. As a team they were crap.

Gotta say though, that was one of the worst penalties i have ever seen by Kanote - he put nothing on it at all and his body language totally showed seaman where the ball was going - very poor kick.

West ham are a decent team, nice crisp short passing had arsenal at sixes and sevens and young joe cole is coming along really well, i'd still like to see him at old trafford one day.

Interesting season so far.

Manchester City lost to Leeds, but beat Newcastle, who beat WHU 4-0, who nearly beat Arsenal.

It typical early season. A lot of teams have new players who are still settling in.

Arsenal, Liverpool & Utd as predicted are the clear title contenders. Could be real close this season.

Much as it pains me to say it, but we might have to throw Leeds into the mix as well. I don't think they fot the squad to last the season but with Venables in charge you never know
