Arsenal...not so bloody formidable now!!!!

They're no unbeatable but i don't think anyone on this forum really thought they were. They have been due a bad run for quite a while, shame both defeats weren't in the league.

I wonder if the british press will start talking about diaster at Highbury, how Wenger's time is up and how weak they are in some positions- oh silly me, they only seem to do that when we lose.

I think the defeat to Everton was a league match?

Glad to hear that Arsenal's form start to dip. However, we still need to work hard ourselves and start to make a long winning run in order to close the gap between us and them.

All good things has an ending, so does lucky streaks Mr. Wenger so dont whine now. <img src="graemlins/nono.gif" border="0" alt="[No No]" />

And the best thing is, a taste of their own medicine! (they were apperantly 2-0 down in just 26 minutes)

you've got to seriously be kidding me with your remarks.

I am a United fan, but i don't think Arsenal losing a couple of games on the trot judge Wenger's work. No team can go unbeaten forever so this is just Arsenal's time. But we all know there is still the main threat in Pires that will present itself when he starts playing again.

United has been on a bad patch for a over a period of time before the press started to boot them around. If you recall so many critics were still expecting us to end last season strongly. United's losing so often every game seems like the end of the era. Arsenal is simply losing on their ways to the bigger things in the eyes of the press... And we have been in that position before... for 10 years!!!

English press are the biggest overreacters in the world there will be stories of a crisis at Arsenal! As for pires he wont be match fit for another few games so they might get bet again this weekend. The player I think they really miss is Bergkamp!!!

We had a great run from December. Credit should be given to Arsenal. They were unbeaten away all season. Preston achieved that in 1888/89 (11 away games). I assume no other side has done it, too lazy to check. Arsenal were unbeaten home and away from December, a remarkable run. We finished strongly but they finished stronger.

2002/03 results (league and Europe)
Arsenal (team of the century, so far!) p 14 10-2-2 32 points.
Liverpool 14 9-4-1 31 points
United (a team in crisis) 14 9-3-2 30 points.
I expect us to improve more than Arsenal. Things aren't as bad as some of us think.
