Not until they play us anyway.

I've decided I'm only interested in us and the way we play, not results, not trophies, and not other teams.

All credit to that other team (the one that doesn't exist) but I'm not going to depress myself worrying about them. :)

Don't be picky.

My point is that they don't exist in my eyes and I'm not going to have any interest in what they're doing.

They shouldn't exist in this forum.

Would you prefer Delilah?

The way arsenal brushed past PSV and Leeds today shows they are on another planet altogether. And that's without several of their regulars.

Then open a new thread about it

They don't exist in mine. :)

Sorry to blow your beautiful metaphor out of the water, but fires can last over a decade. Remember United ?

Arsenal is good at the moment but surely you are admitting defeat now?

The Ar-senile is on a record breaking spree. I don't know whether this is another record in the Premier League or not. That is they fielded 9 black players in their starting line-up today against Leeds. I don't think any of the EPL teams ever fielded so many before.

Arsenal are on a different level right now. But, United shouldnt worry about that, they should concentrate in getting their own house in order first. Then the results will start to come together.

Credit where its due though.Wenger has put together a team of pacy, technical, strong athletes. Who happen to gel well as a team. I fancy them to do well in Europe this year actually.

Well, that non-existent team managed to stop the Scousers from taking the Title when we fizzled out last season & if we're not there again at the end come May, I'd rather they than the Scousers win it, as simple as that!

I'm an Arsenal fan as some on this site already know.I'm a season ticket holder and go to all home and many of the away games, including OT (see you there in Dec !).I've been watching Arsenal for over 30 years .This team of ours is the most exciting, breathtaking Arsenal side I've ever seen, however,I've also seen all the ups and downs that football can deliver.Yes,it's nice to see such praise from other supporters, even you lot ;) ,and I do think we will probably take all before us this year BUT it doesn't mean we will.I couldn't have hoped in my wildest dreams for a start to the new season as this but to use the old cliche...it's a marathon not a sprint,so from bitter experience, over a season, things can go 'pear-shaped'.So after 8 matches,it's a bit premature to award us the title just yet.Another cliche....prizes are only handed out in May,not September.Having said that,Man Utd are poor this year so far,and I don't believe are as good as the team of 1999 .So, frankly,I don't fancy you for the title this year...I wouldn't underestimate the Scousers and I do rate Houllier as a manager. So should be an exciting campaign !!

Some how and Some way we are going to stop them

As an optimist I’d say:
1. Arsenal is exists and it’s great. Let’s allow them to irrigate our side. The lads have to try and improve their performance.
2. Arse showed its best form in the first month of the premiership. It’s good news as well. Their bloody excellent games are done. Our amazing performances are ahead.

Arsenal are playing some fantastic football, you'd be a fool not to realise that, but they will lose sooner or later. We just have to keep them in sight and pick up points when they drop them.
To say they were understrength today was exaggerating a bit. They were missing Pires and Keown.
