nooo....

1st of all Arsenal got out of their slump (which is not very good from my point of view)

and Liverpool won (there at a ery at a lucky streak right now and when they play us they will get rocked)

soo it good right now we got put the pressure!!!!

GO UNITED

It was worse this time last year as I recall.

Won 6 drawn 3 lost 6.

As long we get on a winning streak we'll be fine. Liverpool will hit a bad patch. They were flying at this time last year and then struggled. We've got a better team than last season. Don't know if its good enough to win the league but we shall see.

When I posted in another thread that "It is only November" somebody said "well why not say it is only January?" or something like that. My point is, it is Novemeber, early November, and the season goes until May. Everyone is going to hit a bad patch at some point. Lets hope that United has had theirs and it is onward and upward from here.

God I love hearing that :D Only United could be going through a bad patch and still be in 3rd place! We're spoiled, we really are.

Well United has not started the season the way we as fans expect them too. They are playing much better now so lets hope that is the end of that and when everyone else hits their bad patch, United is in a position to move up the table. :D

i hear a lot about teams hitting bad patches.. that arsenal will get into a slump (Which they did, eventhough a very brief one), that liverpool will go into a slump..

how do you know they will? isn't it possible a team will go all season without hitting a bad patch.. anyone with a logical reason care to explain?

Of course no one can be 100% sure that they will not hit a bad patch. But it's just so difficult in modern day football, the schedule is so tight and the style is so physical, that a team can play at top form in a whole year. So in this sense I'd rather Liverpool and Arsenal can progress further in CL, so that they will be distracted and their PL form will be affected.

We're likely to hit a bad patch at some point, all teams do...we certainly can't keep up our current form of winning every match..

Then again, you'll hit bad patches as well..

Somehow I sense that we are already in a bad patch now. With the injured player back, Ruud get back his scoring form and new player comes in January, we will start a good run in the second half of the season.

Or you may have another bad patch...

This could be your good patch.. ;)

LIverpool have increased there squad size this year bought in better cover in midfield Plus houlier probably won't have another heart attack we should win in europe hopefully as the league is over for us 8 points down and struggling agianst southhampton....

What an ingenious username

ARSEnal won because of Marlet (I think he's trying to impress ARSEne Wenger), Liverpool won against West Ham (which I feel the Team we fielded against M. Haifa could have done 4-0 against West Ham) so, they're lucky - Always look on the Bright side of Life - Keano's about to come back! :p

In some sort of twisted way I would like to see us not progress in the Cl or if we do faulter at the 2nd stage, because I think if Wenger and Ferguson HAD to choose, they would both choose the Cl, this would make it easier for us to get in there and maybe win the league.
