from what i heard it was pretty good though, nice set, but something missing, can't put my finger on it, most likely because i'm not getting the whole set...This'll go down as one of the greatest Glasto headline sets ever.

They played songs off the albums, just like they were on the albums - didn't change anything really. It was just like listening to the albums but with a bit of crowd noise.

I'm sorry but Kasabian were shite tonight. They were the highlight of the last Glasto, but not this time.
Levels being all over the place didn't help them.
Anyone see any arcade fire? Big fan of theirs

Well I managed to last through their set, unlike with the Arctic Monkeys
Fair enough, I saw Kasabian in Manchester a couple of months ago and they were great, just not on form tonight I thought. Vocals were too quiet for a start.
Sounds pretty good, but their problem is people will inevitably think they are poor mens Arctic Monkeys. Which is unfortunate but musically and vocally they do bare quite a strong resemblance. Dont think that will work in their favour tbh.
I would much rather a band have there own sound than try a jump on someone elses bandwagon, too easy to do that and always ends in tears anyway.
