Go back along Sir Matt Busby way, turn left and cut through White City Retail park, past the copper station and turn left. go down there and its on your right past the station.
Corlive, on the map below, you can see OT. You can also see the tram stop "Trafford Bar" (an old train station) at the top of Seymour Grove. The Tollgate is just facing this tram stop.
