Harper is a very good keeper more unlucky than anything you can't help a slip
seen the video. it didn't impact me as much as beckham's halfway line goal at wimbledon. maybe it's the commentator. it's much further than beckham's. but no greater feeling than what i've seen with beck. again..... dunno why. it's a great goal though.
anybody got Matias Almeyda's goal for Parma a few years ago? it was so much better..

It was definitely more luck. The keeper had oodles of chance to save it but he slipped over whilst backing away.

yeah, beck's halfway line goal totally beat the bones out of the goallie.
No wonder Becks' goal was elected as the best of england. He looked towards the goal from halfwayline, and took a shot, and scored he really exploited the goal keepers' bad position from that far away.
