Anyone else part of MUSCUSA??? Q&A

I just joined MUSCUSA,.. i was wondering if anyone else has been a mbr? I ordered the videotape becuase obviously since i'm in Texas the DvD's and tapes are in PAL format. I was just wondering if anyone had any Positive ( or negative,.. I hope not ) feedback?. How about the Stuff they send you?

I joined years ago and didn't find it much use. You get a crappy t-shirt and the handbook etc. I don't think they get many tickets though.

You mentioned about dvd, walmart sell an Apex 1100 for $68. You can go to following geek forum and dowload an upgrade to make it play discs from any region (output pal/ntcs is set by player). I did it and it works fine.

OH ECK,.... I was hoping it would be a good thing to join. I know the lads arew coming over here next year,.. and my girlfriend's family is going to los angeles right about the time they will be there. 7/12/02 I was hoping that might get me closer to seeing Ryan , Dave, Roy, Paul and Ruud.

Plus they say they have a end of year Review.. and the videos looked in pretty good quality.. but i would like it on DVD. I'll check out that site and Wal Mart today... thank you very much!! :)
 
It was 6/7 years ago when I joined, never saw any value in rejoining but let me know if things have changed and they offer something worthwhile.
 
been a member since 95. havent seen anything other then the membership package and the season review. about all, they have the branch trips and match day tickets to some of the matches if you happen to be going over when it doesn't coincide with a branch trip. i don't know what else the UK based members get with their membership, but i gues it the best they can do for us in the states.

Sounds good,.. i'll post -up when I get the Package,.. that way if anyone is curius hopefully I can save them a few $$ to spend on toehr Man Utd Stuff. ;)
