He’s a dynamic midfielder, with good dribbling and attacking ability.
He is definitely talented, but it’s early days with him. This is only the first season where he is an undisputed starter. Hasn’t even been selected for the Dutch team yet.
He’s sometimes the best man on the pitch but his level isn’t very consistent yet. Even if he will have a very good season, I don’t think he’s ready for the PL by next summer.
