Another NFL Brutal Hits Video

awesome

the last clip is not for the faint of heart though, at the 2:18 mark of the video is the hit that ended quarterback JOe Theismann's Career...look at what happens to his leg

I can't watch that Theismann clip again. It literally made me sick when it happened live. Especially with ABC playing it over and over and over again.

As much as I love a good hit compilation, I can't watch that again. LT putting Theismann's leg on backwards for him was bad enough live (I remember seeing that and thinking "that's below average."), I'm not going to go through it again on video.

Some of them do look well funny though.

Exept the alst one :nervous:

Very similar to Cisse, exept he didn't have 5/6 men jumping on top of him.

Oh, I relished the rest of it. Have you got any of Ed McCaffery from the Broncos? He could really take and give a hit.

well don't miss al the great stuff before it!!!!!!

it's the last clip at the 2:18 mark so just turn it off before then.
I was watching that clip as I was talking to my kid Sis, who just called me from Cordoba, Spain. She's there for a semester abroad and she just came back from the bullfights. I completely forgot the 2:18 mark warning.

It was, indeed, below average.

If I ever travel to yankland Id really want to see a NFL match(not the buccs of course)...

How expencive are the tickets?

nah not much of him around.

decent player though for a white receiver. ;)

there's a new rookie who could become the best white receiver in a while.

Matt Jones...remember the name. 6'6 240 pounds and fast as hell.

probably pretty pricey...they are usually sold out well in advance so you'd have to call a ticket broker.

and those run very expensive...we're talking 140$ for the worst highest seats up in the stadium for a NY Jets game

Very. At least $50/seat, probably more.
I dont like the sound of that... i better go n watch chelsea then... ;)

Arethe matchs still sold out? Or can regular fans affor to pay that much?

 How the feck could anyone affor to pay that much...

That IS very much money.

I got tix from a scalper for the Bengals - Steelers game a few years back. $25 although I was up in the nosebleeds.

Even so, there was no mistaking who was Jerome Bettis. The guy is one big fecker.

Matches usually still sell out, believe it or not. The NFL has an outstanding marketing program. Plus, the games won't be on television in the local area if the game isn't sold out. Happens a lot in Oakland with Raider games.

I went to a game with my uncle last season in San Francisco. He has season tickets. So I don't go that often. When I last paid for a ticket, I paid $200 or so for 2 tickets at the highest point in the stadium. Waste of money.

Who'd pay $200 to watch SF!!!! Especially last season.
I didn't pay last season ... my uncle has season tix and he took me to a game. Last time I paid was a couple of years ago. I'd much rather watch the games on TV.

Greedy bastards!

BTW how much do NFL players earn? About the same as REAL football players in PL?

ticket brokers target people with lost of money but who do not have season tickets...

don't forget, there are only 8 home games in a whole season, and if the team makes the playoffs, there isn't a guarantee that they will get a home game either.

the top American Football, Baseball and Basketball players all earn substantially more than Soccer/footy players....

players like Zidane and the rest would be in the middle of the pay scales for most of our sports athletes pay.

And i thought Rio was greedy.

Something is very, very wrong in the sportsworld!

in salaray alone yes, baseball salaries are very similar to those basketball salaries, NFL is only about half of the basketball salaries because there are 40 players per football team and only about 12 per basketball team.
