Why is Hamann leaving Shanks ??
Little confused by that i rate him as one of your better players in the top 5 at least.

Agreed, Hamann is a rock.
But there are concerns on a couple of issues that may force Ged to sell him.
Didi has said that he wants to play in Germany at the end of his career. He only has 2 years left on his contract and is stalling over a new deal. Ged may sell him now for big bucks and that would help in financing the signings Houllier plans to make this summer.
Also, there are rumours that he has caused disruption in the team and may be thrown out, Litmanen style.
The final issue is that many feel (and possibly Ged feels the same) that with two defensive centre mids (Didi and Gerrard) we lack something going forward and can't break teams down easily enough.

Shanks, why does Liverpool seem to have so many problems with disruptive players? Surely this must have something to do with management? It happens too frequently to say that you've just had a bunch of players with bad personalities.

Only Fowler and Jari have cause such big problems that it has quickened their departures.
The Hamann thing is just rumour.
Though Shanks is led to believe it has something to do with Phil Thompson.

Fowler, Jari, Babbel, Murphy, and now Hamann apparently.
I reckon it's Pinnochio too.

Babbel, Jari and Fowler have all got on the wrong side of the 'coaching staff' and never lived to tell the tale, that's true. But United have Stam, allegedly Barthez and Beckham, Bosnich and others who have faced SAF's wrath also.
Hamann is just a rumour remember.
As for Spud, Shanks has to ask where the hell did you get that from?

Bosnich was a cnut, and that had naught to do with Fergie.
Stam, no one knows the truth there and we may never know.
Beckham, that is a genuine clash of personalities, but it is overplayed by the media as well.
Barthez:
As for Murphy, there have been numerous reports on here (taken from other Liverpool websites, meaning they may or may not be true) that he and Pinocchio are, shall we say, less than friends.

If Hamann is true, that makes four players to our one (Bosnich) and he wasn't exactly a great player anyway. I still say that there is something wrong with your management that such players are being run (or running themselve) out of the club.

Well that's your opinion. Ged and co don't like trouble makers so maybe they are just stricter than others?

The differance is, shanky wanky my friend, is that as Peter Schmeichel (blue nosed cnut ) once said, when you fall out with Ferguson, you have the argument, then it's over, done with, "he could be your best mate the next minute".
This is a sign that ferguson doesnt force players out because of arguments. Where as it sounds like Thompson does, if what you say is true anyway.

That may well be the case you betting wetting, pre-university adversary of Shanks .
Shanks is no big supporter of Thommo anyway - and to be honest, Shanks doesn't think that many fans would lose sleep if Thommo was replaced with Gary Mac.

Why are you spending all your money on two players that play in the same position?
Granted, - they are both very good players, but Quaresma is going to be better than both of them if he isn't already.
If I had a straight choice between all three, I'd take Quaresma - and I hope Fergie does as well.

We're not. The thread was a joke with a fake picture with them both being shown to the press.
Shanks thinks we'll get one and then a striker and right back - maybe a CB or CM if we have any spare change left over.

He's very popular at Melwood and is liked all around, pretty much.
The only issue is more to do with opposition clubs and their fans hated his guts.
