Andy Roberts (avg 25.61 wickets 201)
Courtney Walsh (avg 24.44 wickets 519)
Graham McKenzie (avg 29.78 wickets 246)
Harbhajan Singh (avg 32.46 wickets 417)

Greg Chappell (avg 40.7 wickets 47)
Nathan Astle (avg 42.01 wickets 51)

Why we will win

Moby has some excellent batsmen like sachin, . but we have some excellent bowlers who can make the difference. Imran Khan, Andy Roberts Courtney Walsh and Graham McKenzie were extremely fast and hard to face and add the variations in Imran’s arsenal will make life very difficult. McKenzie was extremely lethal in the 60s and was a very effective wicket taker. Nathan Astle and Greg Chappell will share the fifth bowler responsibilities in the first two pitches, both with more than 50 test wickets over their careers.

In the slow pitches, Bhajji will replace Astle and will be added. He is quite used to win games on his own in such pitches (Australia 2001 comes to mind). Not to mention Imran and McKenzie are quite effective in such pitches as well

Batting

First two pitches

We have a deep batting line up with no.8 Jeff dujon having a test batting average of 31. Wehave a solid middle order with David Gower, Greg Chappell, V.V.S. Laxman, Nathan Astle and Imran Khan are technically good and very dependable as well. Opening pair of Haynes and Gary Kirsten are GOAT worthy and very dependable.

Spin pitch

With Astle being removed, Dujon comes in at 7. However, Harbhajan at 8 has a test century to his name and is no slouch with the bat.

Basically.

An absolutely brilliant batting that boasts of a tremendous volume of runs and some of the greatest test batsmen ever. Between Tendulkar, Kallis, Cook and Waugh they've scored a WHOPPING 50,000 RUNS. feck me lads, how do you stop that? I have FOUR batsmen who belong to the 10K club, out of the 12 total in the history of the game. Accompanying them there is Zaheer Abbas and Ian Redpath, who provide the style and substance, respectively.

With the ball, I have three absolutely fearsome bowlers in Garner, Steyn and Croft. Garner and Steyn will open the bowling with absolutely hostile spells. Garner with unplayable bounce and Steyn's destructive movement will cause all sorts of problems. The spin is the genius of Prasanna, Kallis and Waugh complete the attack with the former having almost 300 wickets to his name, making this a well rounded attack who wouldn't give the opposition any breathing space.

All this led by one of the greatest captains ever and one of the greatest keepers ever behind the stumps - all just fits in perfectly.

Like prath team, but voting against Kallis-Sachin is bloody hard.

Hmmm...

I think my bowling is better. Walsh Roberts and Imran is a fearful attack imo.

Batting wise, I think we have a line up which is just as solid if not slightly more. The openers we have are more dependable and Gower Chappell Laxman Astle and Imran give us a solid middle order which isn’t any less than Moby’s

I like both teams :(, both pace attacks are frightening , Moby has SRT but then i see G Chappell lining up for Prath. Tough choice, will follow the discussion and points from both managers.

I think Moby’s batting especially his MO is better comparatively otherwise it looks a even contest.

That’s a fair point though I think that’s offset by openers where I think I have the better pair?

I like Haynes and Kristen at the same time Cook is best morden opener along with Redpath this is really hard to choose, but when it come to individual preference, taste or whatever you call it I would go with H&K.
