All ticket/travel information thread - 2024/25 edition - Ticket Purchasing FAQ in OP. Please read it and be careful purchasing tickets

Successful, good start. How are people getting down? Half 12 kick off is a piss take.

1 in 2 so far not bad going

I'll be driving down from Manchester with my brother but only coming back as far as Milton Keynes, got to drive up Thursday because we are at the cricket all day Friday

Bandit Bus is a pretty good shout if you don't wanna pay through the nose for trains we used it a few times last season, you can find Johnny on Twitter under Bandit Bus username pretty sure he'll be running a coach or coaches he does for every away game

Yeah will probably end up on the Bandit was on that for Norwich last season. Onto the Leicester chubbing on Friday.

0/2 so far but did well on the returns last season so fingers crossed. Looking forward to being 0/3 tomorrow.

For the Europa League games, does anyone know if the fixture dates are (more or less) sure. Clearly there are six match days half home half away - could the fixtures turn out to the the "other" week to the one on the website ? Or is it already determined by seeding etc ?

Got southampton think i'll travel down and stay at a mates in fulham overnight and get to southampton from there.

12:30 piss takers.

Joke ain’t it. I’ve just booked on the Bandit Bus will be a very early start.

Anyone know how Europa league away days will work?

Is it only season ticket holders in with a shout or will it be a bit more open than that?

Cheers lads and good luck for the Leeds ballot results tomorrow

STH & members can buy Euro away tickets. They are sold on a credit system taking into account the last three seasons (presumably discounting 20/21 due to covid).

Last season it was usually across a couple of days IIRC. For example, say day one being 7 credits and up at 9am, 5-6 credits at 1pm, 3-4 credits at 4pm and 0-2 credits at 9am the following day.

It depends on allocation size obviously but I think all 3 group games last season ended up going to zero credits so you'll have a shout.

Nice one mate, cheers.

It will be hugely dependent on location.

If we draw Astana we'll take about 1,500 tops and it'll be a piss easy ticket for anyone.
Feyenoord / french / belgian/ spanish teams and it will be a tough ticket, and will then be allocation dependent like you say.

How do you forward a ticket to someone? I put my mate in as a strong relationship but when I try and forward it, it doesn't let me. Does my friend also need to put me on his account as someone he has a strong relationship with? Such a fecking faff.

Got a Leeds ticket but on fecking holiday. First fecking holiday in 3 bastard fecking years. So annoying.

Probably yes, either way it's really buggy. Easiest way is just to ring the TO if you can get through.

Any spares for Brentford ? I have got a Southampton ticket which you can have in return.

Thanks

Cheers mate, will give that a go. I'll check to see if my mate still wants it, if not someone here can have it for face value.

Chubbed in every ballot so far, 100% success rate! What's the actual point.
Because out of nowhere something worthwhile drops in, I think last season I missed out in 10 initial ballots in a row and then got Leeds & City on the bounce.

Also 0/3 if it helps. :(

I got City last season that was it. Just gotta hustle as per now I guess

You'll be the first to know
You don’t really need to create a strong relationship with them, a strong relationship let’s them have control of your season ticket, what you need to do is create the standard relationship. Then all you need is their membership number and surname, don’t need to worry about the post code .

Chubbed for Leicester. 1/3 I’ll take that rate for the rest of the season still.

I'm getting fed up also. This (supposedly) basing it on last year is understandable in one way, but then it becomes a "Catch-22" - because if you can't get any tickets, you can't gain any credit in the system.

Feels like if you pay a membership fee, you should get a guarantee of at least ONE ticket. Otherwise it feels like a bit of a con, frankly.

Anyone know if you need a ticket to gain entry for the U23’s first game of the season vs Arsenal tomorrow? Or is it just pay at the gate?

A friend has let me down at the last minute so I now have a spare for tomorrow. Stretford End FV. Members only
