Just shelled out around £8 to MLB.tv for complete live coverage of the ALCS, so easy compared with trying to view United games. Looking forward to tonight`s game and the series as a whole - hopefully it wont be as heart stopping as 2004.

I would love to see the Sox and Rockies would be a great series imo

These Indians are tough. I'm on edge for tonight.

The D-Backs have had plenty of chances but have not taken them. Whoever wins the ALCS will not be so awful with RISP. I see a five game WS tops. Normally i like `em to go 7, but i see the decider is scheduled for Nov 1st - that just isn`t Baseball.

The fact that Game 7 would be in Cleveland or Boston makes that November 1 date even less attractive.

Just back from game 4, yeah the M-V-P showed up and belted out the winner for the Rox in a game which wasnt as close as the score tbh. Tbf I would much watcher face a team of prestige life the Bo Sox as opposed the Cleveland Indianas

The towel waving in Cleveland. Don`t tell me you don`t call a towel and towel.

What`s this fecking towel waving all about?

It's pretty self-explanatory, people waving fecking towels in the air while they cheer for there team, it started with Pittsburgh Steelers in 1970s in NFL and called the terrible towels

Nah, Boston to pull even and send it to game seven so I actually have something to watch on tv for the next half week.

All of these sweeps or near sweeps are pissing me off.

There was the potential to have 41 total postseason games this year. Now the max is 31, requiring Boston to win twice in a row and someone to finally beat the Rockies every other game in the WS.

We're possibly looking at a 26 game postseason out of a possible minimum 24. .

What's up with Manny's arm raising solo homerun while down 4 runs? Small-time all eyes on me attitude. He should have been beaned during his next at-bat. Probably would have been in the regular season.

I'm liking the Rockies story right now but that last thing I want is another bandwaggon D-Backs/Marlins episode. That's what will happen if Coloardo wins the series.

I pick Boston tonight but Cleveland closes out the Sawks in game 6 (Schilling gets shelled). If it goes 7 that means Westbrook v Dice-K. Considering how the latter has pitched of late I'd favor Cleveland... even though game 7 is at Fenway. I don't like a single Ohio college or pro club/school and Ohio fans are obnoxious, but I would like to see Cleveland finally win something of note. I know the Jose Mesa debacle of 97 still lingers.

The Rockies 'story' doesn't impress me much considering it is pretty clear to me that San Diego should have advanced.

I had absolutely no interest in the NLCS, considering the fact that the two teams were both make-believe teams. I will root for whoever advances in the AL.

I would prefer it be Boston (because I too hate the state of Ohio), but it looks increasingly unlikely.

Why should San Diego have advanced, because Holliday didnt touch the plate. Well that doesnt really mean that San Diego would have won, also the Rockies hit a two run homer that was called back because bounced back off a wheelchair right behind the fence, so they should have won anyway

...that the Red Sox choke again, other than the abberation in 2004, thats all the been good for for the last 90 years
