AET thread deletion

Gday mods,

Was just wondering why the AET podcast thread was deleted? I thought it's most suitable place was the Football forum as it is a show about football in general and it gives people something to listen to whilst surfing Redcafe.

Was it because I was advertising something?

If there is any way i could get this post back up, albeit in a different sub-forum, it would be much appreciated.

I didn't delete the thread but I'd say that it was probably because you were promoting another site or similar without first getting Niall's permission. Given the time, money and effort he has put into this site over the years, to build the traffic up to where it is now, it is only polite to ask to see if he minds. Which he may well do. or not.
