Are going by £2 a game at Old Trafford next season.

That's £24 for a K Stand ticket (Don't know about the rest of the ground though)

It's not too bad considering it was £38 to get into Spurs £35 for Chelsea £33 for West Ham and £28 for Newcastle. And we still play the best football IMO.

oh and I suppose they'll blame it on Veron or RVN this time

£24 for K stand  it was £14 a couple of years ago, they are taking the piss big style.

Can anyone remember a year that it HASN'T gone up? <img src="confused.gif" border="0">

It's called inflation, everything else goes up, so why shouldn't a ticket to a football match? Your wages go up every year, so what is the problem?

And when you get your 3%-5% pay hike, don't tell me that that is less than 2 quid a week! <img src="graemlins/smirk.gif" border="0" alt="[Smirk]" />

It's just these typical thick fans who prefer to live in the dark ages...

Wake up!

You can't have the best players in the world, one of the best stadiums in the country, an inflating economy, and ticket prices frozen...

Duh!

Strange that everyone has suddenly shut up on this issue isn't it JSV? <img src="graemlins/smirk.gif" border="0" alt="[Smirk]" />

Sometimes I feel for the plc you know...

Having to put up with fans with such narrow outlooks on football...

So you're saying that you're paying £20 a match for your ST.

Whilst I'm paying £22 a game.

Bloody Southern bias IMO that. ;)

Im saying that when I have to buy extra tickets for the Champions League or FA Cup, they cost me £18. . .

What are you on about? Posts like this and not being bothered that ticket prices are going up? I mean, who would NOT be bothers about ticket prices going up, unless they didn't go to any games? Ticket prices going up mean that less reds can afford to go which is always a bad thing

From the IMUSA mailing list

One of the fanzines reckons tickets are going up by £2
a game next season despite massive profits. Any body
know if this is true?

This would be the final nail in the coffin for many
reds who were struggling to even find last seasons
season ticket money. An extra £40 on a season ticket
is beyond what many can afford.

Read Weaste's post...

It's a fact of life and United hold no blame for the increase...

I've just paid £22 for my Deportivo ticket and I'm sat in the same stand as you.

Bring your ticket stub with you at half time.
(usually place bottom of E234)

I'm going to have an enquiry into this young man.

So United aren't to blame for putting up their own prices <img src="graemlins/lol.gif" border="0" alt="[Laugh Out Loud]" /> <img src="graemlins/lol.gif" border="0" alt="[Laugh Out Loud]" /> <img src="graemlins/lol.gif" border="0" alt="[Laugh Out Loud]" />

Who is to blame then?

How about the UK economy...

Nothing to do with the economy.

United have just announced record profits. What a great way to reward the loyal supporters by keeping prices the same but no, they get it wrong again, pricing more loyal reds out of watching their team.

Those profits would go down if the prices weren't raised...

Inflation my friend is a fact of life, and your wages will go up also with the ticket prices...

= less money to buy the likes of JSV, RVN etc.

Do you honestly believe Kenyon is stealing money from the club???

Get real!

the same big money buys that people complain about constantly?

Kenyon is not doing bad out of United, he's making a very tidy sum from the downtrodden supporter.

How's your first point relevant to the discussion?

How did you work your second point out?
