Access denied

I need some help.

I can`t log onto caf on my laptop, every time I try to log in it says that access is denied. Now I'm writing from my phone and I'm absolutely clueless how to fix this problem on my laptop.

Any ideas?
 
I've had this happen - but only n my hotel internet. At work, it is fine.
 
When you say your phone works fine, is it connected to the same wifi as the laptop?

Try resetting your router.

I believe it is a wireless issue. My phone (4g) worked fine. My laptop worked fine at work, but not at my hotel.
 
I was facing this issue on my work pc. Everytime I tried posting something, I got the message "Access Denied".

However, when I shifted to my remote machine, it was working fine, and is working fine now at home as well.
 
It's a browser/cache issue most likely.

Have you tried different browsers?


I tried different browsers - that didn't work either. It wouldn't let me do anything - post, send a emssage etc. I logged out, and it wouldn't even let me log in again. I tried IE, Mozilla and Chrome. Now on work wireless with 0 issues.
 
It must be related to your wifi then.

If you connect your phone to your wifi does that still work?

Dunno. Could be. For me, on work pc (Firefox), it wasn't working though. However it's working now, so maybe it is some internet related issue or summat.
 
I had the same issue as well all of yesterday. Could only log in on my phone. None of the browsers at work would allow me to log in or post.

I thought maybe it was some kink in the corporate firewall. Interesting to see others were having the same issue as well.
 
Able to log again, no idea what has happened, I haven't done anything. If anybody had a magic touch to it, thank you very much.
 
Was a configuration problem on this end, all should be working now.
