Academy V Liverpool

Hey I had no clue about this match! Who are the scorers? What is the team?

P.S Is it me or does Macheda seem to play almost every Academy & Reserve game!
 
the refs are shocking!

we had 3 clear cut penalties but none were awarded, liverpool scored first but united hit straight back via a good finish from macheda, a minute later he scored a cracking second, just before half time, a liverpool defender did a very good john terrys 'keeper impersonation'- no penalty awarded

Brown got injured thanks to a horrible challenge from a liverpool player and was substituted off at half time.

liverpool were awarded a penalty at the start of the second half after a clumsy challenge from wooton, pepper converted the penalty to make it 2-2.

We were denied another clear penalty when an injured macheda was brought down in the area and then later on another penalty denied when ajose was tripped in the box.

We were the better footballing side but were physically inferior and as the match wore on started to tire, could have been a win on another day.
 
Good result for us considering we played 12 men --- the softest penalty claim in the game was given to Liverpool
