A Question/Statement Regarding Stam and others

Ok, Stam and some other althletes that have been caught with illegal levels of banned substances always deny any wrong doing.

My question is this; If they have no idea how these things got into their system how come they never get a positive test AFTER they get caught? they obviously have changed something in their diet or they would test positive again. They are obviously not taking something that they were taking before.

To me, this in its self proves their guilt?.

Not necessarily; after testing positive they'd certainly want to know what the substance was in and when they find out, they'd stop eating, drinking or taking that product.

There's also the argument that the substance was "planted" and therefore a one off event.
