Coaching changes at Geylang after 0-8 farce

"HE HAS been named S-League Coach of the Year but Jang Jung's role at Geylang United may well be diminished next season.

He may be the S-League's Coach of the Year, but next season, Jang (centre) may have to share his coaching duties with Geylang's director of football Seak who will get more involved with first-team affairs. --LIM SIN THAI
This year's S-League champion is in the process of revamping its coaching structure which, among others, will see current director of football Seak Poh Leong take on a more active role in first-team affairs.

He will also fill the role of team manager after Syed Kadir Alsree retires at the end of the month.

The changes are believed to have come in the wake of Geylang's humiliating 0-8 defeat by Home United in the Singapore Cup final last month."

This year's S-League champion killed in Cup final 8-0. If this ain't a fishy result, I don't know what is.
