Not long ago, Fergie was talking of plans to rebuild a new team. He pondered that the core of his current squad may have been together too long and that it was time to start all over.
The comments he made about this situation were more than likely in an attempt to unsettle his players and warn them that their place in the team is not certain. It seems the squad has heeded this warning and taken charge, stringing together a good set of results.
The point of this thread is to see how each of you would have approached this rebuilding process. What would your new and improved Manchester United look like? <img src="graemlins/devil.gif" border="0" alt="[Devil]" />
So here are the rules:
-4 current regular first team players must be sold.
-4 new players must be brought into the line-up
-Of the 4 new players, 2 must be bought from funds raised by players sold, the other 2 will be players upgraded from the youth/reserve teams.
