Recently re-discovered their first album on my iTunes, and I'd forgotten how good it was. Lovely mix of dark, heavy rock and outer-spacey weirdness ^^

Only liked a few tracks off the album, same thing applies to many bands though. Far from crap but nothing special.

First album was good, second was alright but didn't have many new ideas. The band's alright and Jared Leto is quite talented (and has shagged half of Hollywood apparently)

Both Jared him and his brother Shannon come across as being a few sanwiches short of a picnic. I remember hearing the song Ecehlon on that film the core about 4 years ago and thinking they were good. They're a bit samey though. Echelon is also the name of their street team incidentally.

Not that anyone wanted to know that.
