So no transfer right? We must have been linked with 15 players over the last couple of weeks/months..

i know we're outclassing the rest of the pack with our recent form, but doesn't SAF still think we need 1 or 2 more capable substitute just in case?

I'm sure we're signing a big big name this summer, but it won't hurt to strengthen this team a lil' further for the last stretch of the season IMO.

No offence intended mate, but I've been saying we won't sign anyone till the summer since the window shut at the end of August. I think that most of us knew that we wouldn't really make any big moves in January.

I'm not overly upset if it means a world class striker arriving in the summer. Diego, Ole and Ruud are proving to be good enough at the moment.

Obviously we would suffer without one of them, but we have the option of Giggs as a striker and Scholes to a lesser extent.

Let's face it, Arsenal are highly reliant on Henry not getting injured or they'd be fecked. Can't see Jeffers, Kanu and Wiltord being prolific enough.

Our fourth striker will be Danny Nardiello. ;)

agree.

guess we have to keep our fingers crossed on not having 2 players from the same positions getting injured again.

i still think a small buy is better than nothing at all.. players like Bellion could spend the next 5 months learning and so wouldn't struggle so much in the next season or so.

big name striker will only push Forlan and OGS out of the picture further in this 4-5-1 formation.. i don't think it's a good idea with them doing so well like this.
