Isotope Tactics:
The team's strategy relies on swift transitions to launch attacks, capitalizing especially on the opponents' weak centerbacks.
Puskas, known for his record-setting 404 assists and an incredible 708 goals, maneuvers in and out of the striker role, adding unpredictability. Francescoli assumes a free-roaming position, link up the midfield and attack, while Eusebio takes on a more advanced attacking free-role.
For the unfamiliar players:
- Wilson Piazza, a key centerback during Brazil's 1970 World Cup victory. The team fared well against the likes of Gigi Riva, Bobby Charlton. He boasts 51 international caps.
- Fernando De Napoli served as Napoli's primary midfielder from 1986 to 1992, an era when Napoli, led by Maradona, dominated Serie A. Nicknamed "Rambo" for his speed, tenacity, and technical prowess, he was with the Italy NT in the 1986 and 1990 World Cups, as well as Euro 88.
- László Dajka, a midfielder for Budapest Honved with 232 appearances, contributed to their five Hungarian league titles between 1980 and 1988.
paulscholes18 Tactics:
formation 4-3-3
Tactics
A much better and likeable version of Klopp’s Liverpool (as I have a RB that can actually defend), with the 2 inside forwards and 2 overlapping fullbacks
in goal Ben Foster, Man United’s and England’s greatest ever keeper and top 2 of all time (and he’s not 2nd).
Defence
Lahm Kompany Araujo Evra
Two world class all-rounded fullbacks in Lahm and Evra who can overlap the inside forwards and have good pace and defensive awareness to get back into shape if the move breaks down.
Midfield
Xavi Mascherano Kimmich
Mascherano as the no6, brakes up play and plays simple passes to those more talented than himself
Kimmich as the box to box role, with the long passing to set up counter attacks if/ when the opportunities present themselves will get ahead of the ball in the final 1/3 when he can as he has the work rate and tenacity to get back.
Xavi, passing master, won’t be getting himself ahead of play when the ball is in the final 3rd and will be looking to make himself an option to pass to.
Front 3
Savicevic Tevez C. Ronaldo
fulid and interchangeable front 3, but if one of the fullbacks are having a hard time then Tevez will go to that side as he has the best work rate to help out the fullback with Savicevic on the other side and Ronaldo down the middle.
