Yes, I know football season isn't close to being over. I'm a Duke alum, so right now it's almost time for basketball season. While I love our football team, Duke is a basketball school.

Coming off our 4th National Championship, I think we'll be even better this year as long as we develop properly. We will have some really tough games early in the season (Kansas Stat/Gonazaga, Michigan State, Butler, etc) but they will help us grow as a team. Lost 3 seniors, but we got the best point guard in the country, some solid freshmen reserves, and a certain Seth Curry. It's going to be run and gun, showtime in Cameron Indoor this year. I can't wait...

There are other College Basketball fans, right? :nervous:

Am a fan, but can't really follow it since it's not really shown where I'm at, hell NBA matches are hard enough to get where I'm at.

I actually prefer college game since there's less emphasis on power and speed and players are actually forced to play as a team.

As long as Duke doesn't win, I'll be happy no matter who wins. Only likable player EVER at Duke was Grant Hill.

:nono: Shane Battier! My favorite Duke player of all time. Also, Nolan Smith is a very likable guy.

This article's getting ahead of itself though considering the season doesn't start for another 2/3 weeks.

It's almost time! Duke vs Safety School(errr...Princeton) on Sunday!

SM: At least can still say you are a basketball school. My alum used to be a basketball school...

Hey, you guys got two big time recruits for next year. A Colombian guy who was really good at the FIBA U18 Americas Championship, and Cody Zeller(brother Tyler plays for UNC and other brother played for Notre Dame) from Indiana is a top 15/20 recruit. Indiana will recover eventually...they have been awful though.

Nailbiter! We came through the most difficult part of our schedule good so far. Now we go to the Meadowlands for Butler. We need to get better.

Coach K got win 880 last night to surpass Dean Smith to be second all time behind his former coach and mentor, Robert Montgomery Knight. No update yet on Kyrie Irving's toe. :(
