2009/10 First-Year Scholars?

Ajose last year too, making seven.

Don't think anything's been confirmed yet, but I'd expect to see 10/11 taken on either as scholars or students. Morrison, Tunnicliffe, Thorpe, Johnstone, Fryers, Cofie, Hussain, W Keane, M Keane, Lingard, Cole, Gorman are all possibilities (some of them probabilities/definites), might be a signing á la Macheda/Petrucci as well.
 
He turns 16 too late to be a scholar this year (September if my memory's right?).
 
I think Cole and Johnstone is a year younger. Giverin got a contract too
 
Cole and Johnstone are both 1993s as is Giverin. All of the players in the list above are 1993s apart from Tunnicliffe (30-12-92), Fryers (9-9-92) and Lingard (15-12-92) who were born after September 1st 1992 so have 2 more years at academy level

Tall and athletic, Samuel made his first appearance for the U16s against Scotland this season and produced a fine display, commanding his area and pulling off a few excellent saves.

So you are right about him.

Cole is born in 1993 but I do not know the date or month.
 
Cole's born March 1993, don't know a date.

Doesn't really matter about 92's or 93's anyway, anyone born between 1-9-92 and 30-8-93 are eligible, which includes all the names I listed above.
