Nah, even the 90's they didn't have much flair. They're very German-like.
We're not that talented though. Certainly no better than 2005. Broad and Cook could really dominate this generation, though really the difference between now and 2005 is our strength in one dayers. Completely different side since Moore took over. Fortunately for us Australia lack the quality spinner they had ever since Warne arrived.

feck me we are dominating SA. I still feel that Patel will be found out as a mediocre spinner, and the batting line up will lack quality at times- Prior will continue with his quickfire 20/30s; whilst we can bat down to 9, we only have a few class batsmen.

SA's one day line up has a lot of young inexperienced players too. We're certainly better than our number 6 ranking but I'm not sure we're at the same level as India, Sri Lanka and Australia yet.
