He usually has Leverkusen line up in a 3421 or 4231, and he isn't insisting on a specific system. He would use a system that fits the squad, however that will look.

The club can't sack the player easily, but the player also can't just call it a day and leave. One gives up the right to sack on normal notice period, the other gives up the right to do the same.
