    Pretty sure that was more Laporta wanting to make a stamp and also the previous squad wasn't good enough. Waste of money either way as they'll need to get rid of a few of them as the younger players through their academy are better.

    I'd rather another club take the risk or he stays at Palace next season. Man Utd aren't in a position to take risks on players with long-term injury issues. Look what happened with Mount who only had one bad injury-hit season.

    Olise would be nice to have but with Eriksen and Amrabat leaving and potentially Casemiro, we need at least CMs. Also, possibly have to bring in multiple CBs. Additionally, Olise's injury record is risky considering his price.

    He was doing that re: Tosin from Fulham and being linked to Man Utd. Not sure why though. Not the same thing either way.

    Carl Anka has said he and other journos will likely get clarification on the injury issues once the season ends and people around will want to talk then. Just like we get the stories about inside the dressing room after the season.

    Agreed. Very few people have judged them negatively on the actual performances of the team and transfers because that's not sensible. People are allowed to disagree/agree with other stuff in the meantime while holding out judgement on the full picture and give them a season or two to for that.

    The Glazers were more generous and compassionate with staff it appears. Less so better business people. It's not that SJR is a better owner.
