Pretty sure that was more Laporta wanting to make a stamp and also the previous squad wasn't good enough. Waste of money either way as they'll need to get rid of a few of them as the younger players through their academy are better.

Olise would be nice to have but with Eriksen and Amrabat leaving and potentially Casemiro, we need at least CMs. Also, possibly have to bring in multiple CBs.
Additionally, Olise's injury record is risky considering his price.

Agreed. Very few people have judged them negatively on the actual performances of the team and transfers because that's not sensible.
People are allowed to disagree/agree with other stuff in the meantime while holding out judgement on the full picture and give them a season or two to for that.
