I live in Norway and I've supported United since I first saw them on TV in the FA-cup final in '77. My older brother was a L'pool fan so I had to cheer for "the other team"... haha. I was seven years old at the time.

A fem months later United visited my hometown in Norway, Hamar, where they played a pre season game against my home town team (Hamarkameratene, or in short Ham-Kam). United won 4-0, my dad bought me a "Follow United into Europe - FA cup winners 1977" silk scarf (which is with me to this day) - and I was totally sold. I've been a devoted Man United fan ever since (o' those eighties.....).

Today I'm a leader in one of Scandinavia's many Red Army groups (Red Army Innlandet) which is situated in Hamar and the area around, and we're an official part of the Manchester United Supporters Club Scandinavia (MUSCS) - in Manchester known as "The Beast". I'm also a season ticket holder at Old Trafford.
