  1. Baller League

I noticed that Josh Harrop is playing in it so might try watch it next week.
  2. Non-televised academy matches

Friday’s u21s confirmed as on MUTV. No mention of Saturday u18s. Possibly still to be rescheduled considering FAYC on Monday.
  3. US Men's National Team Discussion

Canada is just better than USA.
  4. Music What concerts/gigs are you going to?

Saw Yungblud at a small promo even on the weekend. He’s got a great stage presence which was cool in a small venue. Really good guy too. Snow Patrol at the O2 was good. Dhani Harrison was ok, but the audio tech let it down imo. Gretel Hanlyn was a fun one. Planning to see Jadu Heart in...
  5. Academy players on international duty

Why only English players when half the academy plays for other nations? Seems such an arbitrary line to just dismiss the achievements of 10+ players. We also had 3 players starting above their age group for Scotland u19s this week. Amir Ibragimov by all means isn’t even a UK citizen so he can’t...
  6. Academy players on international duty

I count 21 players who have played for our u18s this season having international caps. That’s the majority of the squad.
  7. Promotion/Relegation is Arriving in the U.S. in 2028 at the USL

USL is nearly 40 years old with over 180 clubs. It already works.
  8. Miscellaneous Reserve/Youth News

Ryan Hopper, was released when he was 14. More famously known as a private coach who has done sessions with many of the top academy players in Manchester and first team players like Rashford and Bruno.
  9. Jayden Ngwashi

Higginbotham, Wilson, McShane, Cathcart, and Spector all had lengthy Premier League careers as well.
  10. Leicester City vs Manchester United

Harrison has more senior experience and more experience at u21s and u18s level too. The only experience Mee beats him at would be an extra 3 years of sitting on a bench. Graczyk was on the bench for the u21s on Friday.
  11. James Scanlon

Zidane Iqbal was a bench player for our u18s and couldn’t even make the squad for the big matches. But no, it was that 1 minute cameo against Young Boys that destroyed his chances of making it big.
  12. U21s: United vs West Brom | Not on MUTV

Typical. I’ve notice the weekly academy review hasn’t been done in a few weeks either.
  13. Which current youth players can make an immediate impact?

Too soon to sit in a chair? Aye tomorrow too soon for some chair sitting as well I guess. They’ll have gone 2.5 weeks without playing a match. Sitting on the bench for 90 minutes fit their schedule perfectly fine.
  14. Which current youth players can make an immediate impact?

Biancheri is a striker who is significantly weaker when played wide. Garnacho is a winger. Biancheri isn’t remotely a strong runner with the ball. He virtually never goes on a lengthy run like Garnacho. Biancheri plays with his back to goal and is good at hold up and bringing others into...
