    With the current rules dragging an oppenent is an automatic penalty, I'm still surprised by the fact that sometimes referees ignore it.

    It's particularly ridiculous when you consider that players are red carded when the ball carrier changed level. I don't think that he tried to headbutt him but the result was the same and it should have been a red if we want any sort of consistency.
