He's just as poor on the right and he reminded those with short memories when he started on the right against Ipswich. I know, I know, he played right wing back. In any position he plays we're treated with the same glaring deficiencies
So what do we do? Do we go back to a formation that 'suits' the squad like 4-2-3-1? That formation hasn't exactly worked well for us either under different managers. What formation works for this group of players?
