I’m sure you don’t mean it but they’re not a direct comparison… not even close.
Multiple trophies including European isn’t one league where the stars align.
Mines easy.
Other managers have achieved things in a more challenging arena, with less support.
You can go back and forth as much as you want, I don’t mind, it’s an opinion.
I’ve seen what plenty of managers (including Pep) have done over 50...
I doubt anyone bemoans him taking a top job after the Barca trophies, but it’s then difficult to compare to a Ferguson (twice), Busby, Clough…?
Not Peps fault, but is Peps choice.
How has he changed it? Copying Spains tactics then demanding WC players regardless of cost
And to your other post (which I couldn’t be arsed to reply to at the time), Fergie won 5 in 6. He was 1st/2nd for almost two decades.
He took a nobody...
Second good decision of the year… immediately followed by the third when I brought Hakuna Mateta in.
Then back to reality by leaving Isak on the bench (nothing to do with leaks).
73 all out. Roll on 24/25 (the real season not FPL)
But how likely is his ceiling? How long have we waited for it? What’s the odds of it turning up in this one game?
Garnacho has the same number of goals and more assists. I also think he’s a better player if Walker plays RB… Garnacho is direct...
If he doesn’t like us scoring, he needs some time on the bench.
Especially after last week, when he did a great impression of Rashford by never passing
Looked ok last time?
To be honest, when he plays v decent teams, he gets so little service/touches, that its almost a waste of one player (nothing about him personally).
Brightons a different matter but practicing a “no 9” tactic isn’t the end...
