    Verstappen has actually been pretty clever in dealing with these scenarios. His "mistakes" are usually an attempt to take out his rival even if his own race gets spoilt, don't think he actually ends up losing points to them which he wouldn't have otherwise, like in 21 or with Norris last year...

    McLaren looks the most consistent car right now. Just watching Norris' telemetry, it's clear how much more confident on the throttle he is compared to the rest out of the slow traction zones.     Think it was on C3, which is the medium compound. Norris did a long run on the hards though, and looked extremely consistent.

    McLaren had very little competitive running to clearly place them but everyone seems pretty close. Ferrari look quite impressive from the onboards, Russell seemed pleased with how the Merc was behaving. Red Bull had a few minor issues

    Its Williams and Alpine who have the same chassis as last year. Considering the chassis was a major issue for them, I'd expect Red Bull to have made changes. They will probably bring more of their updates through the year with cost cap considerations for next year.

    McLaren will run away with it this year now that the flexi wings are going to be banned. They definitely have a fix in place getting the FIA to deem them illegal. Unless Piastri has made that step up in outright pace over this winter break, it's Norris' Championship to lose IMO.
