  • What a fecking post. (the point forward vs backwards) I get it now why he is trying. And agree with your sentiments. My only addition would be that LVG knows the pressure on him this year. Surely he wouldn't be this stuck to his ideals if he thought we wouldn't get results. But then we know what the man is like.

    Thanks for the props. I suspect Van Gaal will stick with the current set up unless we start dropping lots of points. He's already spoken of the pressure to succeed, if the forward 433 leads to a slow start he'll drop it.
