Seriously, who the feck is saying 5-0 to Villa. Can't you just ban them from the match threads.

Will be a tough game i reckon. 0-2.

    -----------------De Gea
    ---------Jones---Carrick-----Evans
    Valencia-------------------------------Young
    ---------------Fellaini----------------------
    -------Mata---------------Rooney----------
    ----------Van Persie---Wilson-----------

    Start Falcao. Thats all.
Don't care about the other 10. Pick the reserves if you want. Just start Falcao

Hopefully we have a stipulation in Cleverleys loan contract that he MUST start this game.

    pahaha

I want Falcao to start over Wilson and Herrera to start also. Hopefully Rafael and Di Maria will be back for this one too to give us more options. If we go RVP, Falcao, Di Maria, De God and Rooney for this then :lol: Villa are likely going to just forefit the match

Surely we can't lose to these, they are terrible this year

0-2 to United (Rooney and RVP)

    De Gea
    Rafael Jones Evans Young
    Carrick
    Fellaini Di Maria:drool:
    Rooney
    Van Persie Falcao
Let's get a good performance in here. The return of Di Maria is much needed. Also Valencia did really well today so I have no problem if he plays ahead of Rafa.

Confidence is through the roof. This should be 7th win in a row. Dont care the formation. Just want to see us play like how our form suggest. di maria should be back for this i hope.

Honestly, Villa are a dreadful side and if we play anything like decent we'll win this comfortably. They've got no Westwood, Richardson suspended, Cleverley ineligible and Delph just back from injury so the midfield is extra weak. Hutton also suspended I think for yellow card accumulation and Guzan has made some bad errors in consecutive games.

I'm going for 4-1, just because our defence is so poor at the moment they might nick a consolation.

    De Gea
    Rafael Jones Evans Young
    Carrick
    Fellaini Di Maria:drool:
    Rooney
    Van Persie Falcao

That's the obvious XI if Rafa and Di Maria are fit.Really should be playing this.

    ------------------------------------------------de Gea

    -----------------Valencia-------------Jones---------------Evans-------------------Young

    --------------------------------------------------Carrick

    ------------------------------Fellaini-------------------------------Herrera/di Maria

    ----------------------------------------------------Mata

    --------------------------------------------RVP--------------------Rooney

Depending on injuries I'm hoping to see:

    GK De Gea
    RB Valencia
    CB Jones
    CB Evans
    LB Young
    DM Carrick
    CM Herrera
    CM Fellaini
    AM Rooney
    CF Falcao
    CF van Persie

Maybe that's harsh on Mata but it's way more because I want to see Falcao start and Rooney and van Persie are in great scoring form rather than anything he's done wrong.

We win almost everytime at Villa Park and never loose, in this form right now we will beat them.

With Falcao being declared fit to start, Rafa back, Mata, RVP and Val don't deserve to be dropped, also Herrera and De Maria(hopefully being back) and Fellaini in Midfield with Carrick certain to start it's very hard to pick a team, do we drop Fellaini and go with De Maria and Herrera? Is that enough defensively? Do we drop one of Mata and RVP after starting to pick up forn for Falcao? Too hard to pick, sad thing we don't have many options to pick from at CB it's Jones, Evans and McNair with arguably our best 2 CBs in Smailling and maybe Rojo injured, also is Shaw back for this?

This should be a comfortable win. Please start with falcao instead of Wilson and hope di Maria is fit:D 3 1 win :)

lol isn't it obvious that herrera wont start, he is more used as an impact sub currently..which he had to really proved himself to be worthy to start...with di maria and falcao coming back, it would be even harder for him ...so as mata too..

shit I was rushing and I made my score prediction 4-0 to Villa instead of us haha CRAP

I would deffo start Falcao with Van Persie. Rest Rooney.

I think there's also no need to start Di Maria against this poor Aston Villa side.....put him on the bench if fit, we need him much more against Newcastle and Tottenham.

    Villa 4-7 United

    Benteke (4',9',17',63'); Herrera (33'), Rooney (37', 52'), Van Persie (22', 71', 77'), Falcao (90+7')

70 minutes or so for Rooney and then Di Maria on to get some match-fitness.No need to drop Rooney all together, he is a unique player, nobody in our squad offers what he can.

Watch us lose this one of all games.

No disrespect to Villa, of course.

It would be a shame if our winning run came to an end against a team this poor.

I imagine the starting line-up will be the same as today with maybe Falcao starting instead of Wilson.

When do we not go to Villa Park and win? Even under Moyes we went to Villa Park and won. They're in awful form at the moment to. I'm predicting seven straight victories after next weekend for Man Utd. Don't care what the score is. Three points is all that matters.

I just think we will easily against Aston Villa so we could give Rooney a little break*, they're poor in the defence, they don't score goals and their whole midfield will be out against us (Maybe Delph will start).

*because Newcastle and Tottenham will give us hard games over 90 minutes.

Do the predictions on this site make up some sort of leaderboard? I've only just noticed it

Aston Villa will win this one.

They have been so bad. For one day only in the season this is their sell-out, this is the one that their fans will be up for. By law of averages they have to have one good performance. It will be against us.

    Can't see it.

We always beat them. It's an unwritten rule.

And they are terrible at present.

If we don't beat Villa I will be so annoyed. They've been poor. But then again they should be boosted by the return of Delph because they have definitely missed him.

    I think they will play...

    Guzan
    Lowton--Vlaar--Clark--Cissokho
    Bacuna--Sanchez--Delph
    Agbonlahor--Benteke--Weimann

We shouldn't be complacent. We should go into this game with the same mentality as today's game, because there's no easy games in the EPL.

I would personally like to see us go back to a diamond for this one, but I'm not sure we will unless we have our natural full backs back. That said, we played a diamond against Stoke and Hull with Valencia and Young, so I guess it depends, but we'd have to be wary of Villa's counter attack with Agbonlahor.
