Swansea City Association Football Club - also known as The Swans, or The Jacks (the reason behind the latter is unclear, but there are two possible origins: one is the reputation of local seamen "Jack Tars" in the early 19th Century, while the other is the black retriever dog called Swansea Jack who rescued no fewer than 27 people from drowning in the River Tawe and Swansea Docks during the 1930s) are a Welsh professional football club based in Swansea, Wales. Swansea were founded in 1912 as Swansea Town. In 2011 Swansea City became the first Welsh football club to gain promotion to the Premier League, and have since built a firm reputation as one of the most attack minded clubs in the league professing an attractive brand of football, starting with former Everton manager and current Belgian national team head coach, Roberto Martínez in League One, and subsequently the likes of Brendan Rodgers and Brian Laudrup. Swansea City's main rivals are Cardiff City, with the rivalry described as among the most hostile in British football - with matches between the two clubs known as the South Wales derbies. And they play their home games at the Liberty Stadium.

Looking forward to us having to start a game with Tuanzebe and McTominay in midfield so that all those celebrating A.Pereira loan can eat s…

    Stupid meaningless games.

Matić and Lukaku absolutely need to skip this one. Especially Matić.

Mourinho will have to do some tough choices here, even if that means getting out of the League Cup. I wouldn't start in any circumstance Valencia, Smalling, Herrera, Matić and Lukaku. Tottenham game in four days from this.

Rest as many players as possible, even if that means that we lose.

Players that are rested should undergo some psychological therapy and get back into positive mindsets.

We should play fringe players and the kids.

Watch Jose play the first team, with Ibrahimovic in a wheelchair up front.

I would close them in a room with no light for a week.

    Romero
    Darmian Lindelol Smalling Blind
    Herrera Tuanzebe
    Lingard Mata Martial
    Rashford
Squad a bit stretched with injuries. Save lukaku for spurs.

Just go for 3-4-3 (or 3-4-1-2) to use the players really available effectively, in order to sit back and play counterattack. Didn't understand why he didn't stick to it in the beginning of the first half, wasn't great but…

Curious to see if Bailly and, specially, Rojo will be forced from injury into this.

Do we really have to play this game ?

I want to play Spurs asap.

    ———--—Romero
    —Darmian Smalling Blind
    Young ————————Shaw
    ——-Mctominay Herrera
    ——————Mata
    ———-Rashford Martial

The issue is if he's singling out any player (like Martial or Mata), not because of mistakes, but for the lack of attitude. I mean, will he leave players out of this game because of that, or will he force them into the lineup to correct it?

Rest all players who will start vs Spurs. Too many injuries already.

    Romero
    Darmian Lindelof Blind Shaw
    Herrera Mctominay
    Lingard Mkhitaryan Martial
    Rashford

If Blind doesn't play this game in midfield, we will never ever play there under Mourinho.

Also, after this performance, Lindelöf has to play. Throw him to the wolves.

With Mourinho, who will start first as #6: Tuanzebe, Lindelöf or Blind?

We should go for this match with a ridiculously boring team. My line up would be

    Romero
    Tuanzebe Lindelof Smalling
    Darmian Herrera McTominay Blind
    Lingard Rashford Martial

Rest as many players as possible, even if that means that we lose.

Players that are rested should undergo some psychological therapy and get back into positive mindsets.
It could be our only chance of a trophy this year

    Romero

    Darmian Tuanzebe/Blind Lindelof Shaw

    Herrera McTominay Blind/Tuanzebe

    Lingard Rashford Martial

This is of course if Carrick and/or Bailly not available.

Give De Gea, Matic and Lukaku one week holidays. The rest I don't give a shit.

Can we please please rest Matic and Lukaku, not even on the bench. Just give them a holiday or something

    Romero
    Darmian - Lindelof - Tuanzepe - Shaw
    Carrick - Herrere - Scott
    Lingard - Martial - Young
None of them should start against Spurs.

Lose 1-0 and let us focus on the league.
