We reserve the rights to remove or modify any Content submitted for any reason without explanation. Requests for Content to be removed or modified will be undertaken only at our discretion. We reserve the right to take action against any account with the Service at any time.

You are granting us with a non-exclusive, permanent, irrevocable, unlimited license to use, publish, or re-publish your Content in connection with the Service. You retain copyright over the Content.

Opposition Fans

All football fans are welcome on RedCafe.net. Once you engage in mature and sensible debates (and have a thick skin), you’ll be treated like any other member. However, if you are joining with the intent of ‘winding up’ our community, your user account will last about as long as a Liverpool title challenge!

Acceptable content

The following rules are applicable to all parts of Redcafe.net. These rules are provided both the keep the site legal and ensure that we can continue to attract the advertisers who’s support keeps Redcafe.net online.

Some parts of the site (including the Football forums) have additional specific rules. These can be found at the bottom of this text.

Posts that fall outside of the acceptable content rules may be edited or removed by the moderation team. In extreme or repeat cases further action may be taken at account level.

We greatly appreciate your help in ensuring that these rules are adhered to and in helping make Redcafe.net the success it is.

Prohibited content

The following is prohibited across the entire website. Please do not post it. If you see it please report it.

• Illegal content: Posts that contain, promote or link to illegal content.
• Advocacy and hate speech: Posts that promote hatred towards a particular group (including content that incites hatred or promotes violence against individuals or groups based on race or ethnic origin, religion, disability, gender, age, veteran status or sexual orientation/gender identity), harassment, bullying or similar content that advocates harm against an individual or group.
• Pornography: Image or videos containing any form of pornography, soft or hardcore is not allowed. This includes any kind of nudity, partial or full.
• Spam: Posts that contain related or unrelated advertisements, links to malicious websites, and abusive or otherwise unwanted information.
• Advertising compensation schemes: Posts that promote schemes that promise incentive to users who click ads, view webpages or similar activities (ie artificially inflating ad performance)

Additional rules for football forums

The Football forums are provided explicitly for discussion of football rather than more general chat. As such, posts containing the following are not appropriate for these parts of the site:

• Excessive Profanity
• Violent or gruesome content
• Adult or mature content (including nudity)
• Copyright protected material
• Drugs or drug paraphernalia
