Recording someone like that and broadcasting it is grim, but even on a pragmatic level, you’ve basically ensured that the CEO will be so gun shy about getting caught out again that he’ll completely shut down when it comes to speaking. Doesn’t seem the most sensible thing for supporters who want greater engagement with the club.
They shouldn’t have filmed him without permission but fans have been treated with such disdain by the club and engagement is virtually non existent so what do you expect.
